1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and bdt68 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdt68 website located at https://bdt68.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the bdt68 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

bdt68 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of bdt68 following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bdt68 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to meet this requirement throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by bdt68 or any of its associated entities.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bdt68 for breach of these Terms.

bdt68 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the bdt68 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You agree to notify bdt68 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdt68 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

Account verification ("KYC") may be required before withdrawals are processed. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address. bdt68 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may have withdrawals suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt68 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket under standard operating conditions, subject to identity verification status and account standing. Withdrawals may be delayed in the following circumstances:

• The player's account has not completed the KYC verification process.
• The withdrawal request is flagged for security review.
• Bonus wagering requirements attached to the player's balance have not been fully met.
• The payment method requires additional authentication from the player.

bdt68 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. All withdrawals must be to an account or wallet registered in the player's own name, consistent with the identity documentation on file.

bdt68 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside bdt68's control. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt68 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per household: Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: bdt68 reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or the use of automated tools.

bdt68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress by players.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bdt68 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on bdt68:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
• Minimum and maximum bet stake limits apply on a per-market basis. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted by bdt68 at any time.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred, bets may be voided and stakes returned, as determined by the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match. Bets placed during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• bdt68 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregularity, or where the bet was placed using information not available to the general public (insider information).
• Errors in published odds — including but not limited to "palpable errors" where odds are manifestly incorrect — entitle bdt68 to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled.

Cricket betting markets for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published in the Cricket section of the bdt68 platform.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on the bdt68 platform — including but not limited to live dealer tables, RNG slots, crash games, and virtual table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation technology to determine outcomes. All RNG processes are independently audited. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any external party.

Live casino games are operated by the game studio's own live dealers and infrastructure. bdt68 acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for issues arising from the game studio's operational infrastructure, though bdt68 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes on behalf of affected players.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for ensuring they are familiar with the rules and bet limits of a game before placing wagers.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bdt68 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing a third party to register an account on your behalf.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or engage in any transaction that violates applicable laws.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to charge back deposits previously made to bdt68 without authorisation from bdt68.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or discriminating against other players or bdt68 staff through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

bdt68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC identity verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim or fraud alert from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of all required verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the bdt68 platform — including but not limited to the bdt68 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt68 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the bdt68 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bdt68.

Any unauthorised use of bdt68's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

11 Privacy & Data

bdt68 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bdt68.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the bdt68 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdt68 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. bdt68 does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

Personal data collected during registration and the KYC process may be shared with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law. bdt68 does not sell player data to third-party advertisers.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt68 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical errors.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or settlement calculations, where bdt68 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.

bdt68's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bdt68 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdt68's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments

bdt68 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendments are material in nature, bdt68 will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable prior notice via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the bdt68 platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and withdrawal of any verified balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt68 operates. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the bdt68 platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their country of residence.

Any dispute between you and bdt68 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. bdt68 and you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting bdt68 support at [email protected] and allowing a period of thirty (30) days for an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt68 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
